What does it require?
Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation: operators offset CO₂ growth above the baseline using CORSIA-eligible units and fuels. Pilot (2021–23) and first phase (2024–26) voluntary; second phase (2027–35) mandatory for most states.
