(a) description incl. trade name, type, **HS code**; (b) quantity (kg net mass / supplementary units); (c) country of production and parts thereof; (d) **geolocation of all plots + date or time range of production**; cattle: all establishments from birth to slaughter; (e) supplier name/address/email; (f) buyer (business, downstream operator or trader) name/address/email; (g) **adequately conclusive and verifiable information of deforestation-free status**; (h) adequately conclusive and verifiable information of legality per Art. 2(40)
