Workplace health promotion refers to the combined efforts of employers, workers and society to improve the health and wellbeing of people at work, as defined in the Luxembourg Declaration. It spans occupational health services, mental health support, physical activity, nutrition, and tobacco and addiction programmes, integrated into management practice.
