The Pilot Program for Climate Resilience is a targeted programme of the Climate Investment Funds, established in 2008, providing grants and concessional finance to help developing countries mainstream climate resilience into core development planning and investment. It supported national strategic programmes (SPCRs) combining policy reform, capacity building and pilot investments in highly vulnerable countries.
